During internship at Universal Creative, I work in multiple project group, completing tasks with tight timeline, as well as following up with the PM team. I also have managed my own project including, managing funding, timeline, project scope, and prototype.
In PMReady Club, I am working on an product design and management with a 4-member team following the professional product management process, from research, planning, to feature prioritization to task delegation. Read more about this project here.
I’ve been taking on many personal projects on my own time as well as working on school project with classmates, and assume leaderships position for most of the group projects.
